CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY PRODUCTS?


Your satisfaction means a lot to us, Once your order is placed & paid for there are NO RETURNS on any products, all final sale.
NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS. 
If any product is damaged you MUSTcontact us 24 hours after the order has been received for the product to be replaced or issued store credit. If we (TOUCHEDBYROYAAAL) inspects returnable items, then we will issue you a return label upon products to be shipped back out to TOUCHEDBYROYAAAL Headquarters. We are NOT responsible for packaging/mailing difficulties. 


WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS INCORRECT OR IS DAMAGED?

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defected/damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can resolve your issue accordingly. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. If failure to report within 3 days upon delivery, we are not responsible. Be sure to include clear pictures of items, order number and a final concise picture of the packing slip. If eligible and approved we’ll issue you a refund and/or store credit. If wrong items were opened, used, or not in their original condition than refunds/or store credit will not be available.
Wrong items selected at checkout? Once your order is fulfilled and placed, there are no changes that can be made. Please ensure you are filling out all details correctly upon the items you want to receive. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to user error. 


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be sent to the email you used at checkout.


HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after being received.
Shipping Time: Orders typically arrive within 3–4 business days via USPS.
Lost Orders:
TOUCHEDBYROYAAL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please track your order and be available when it's scheduled to arrive.
Once you receive your shipping confirmation, USPS will provide the most accurate updates.
If a package is marked as “Delivered” by USPS, we are unable to reship it.
Missing packages cannot be tracked after 14 days from the delivery date.
Please double-check your shipping info before submitting your order — TOUCHEDBYROYAAAL is not responsible for incorrectly delivered packages due to wrong addresses.
 
WHEN WILL MY PICKUP ORDER BE READY?
You’ll receive an email that says “Your order is ready for pick-up!” once your order is prepped.
